Federal Stimulus Money will soon reach consumers - end of summer 2010. The program will be called Energy Upgrade.  It will enable homeowners to get grants for remodeling their homes to save energy.  The money will come to California, then to the Association of Bay Area Governments, then to San Mateo County and finally to you!
